After been sobbing over my 'O' level results, I need to learn to look at it in God's perspective. He has a greater plan for me, a place for me to go.

When I first heard my results, I was terribly disappointed. I told God I need to get less than 20 points but eventually I got 23 points which really saddens me tremendously because most of the courses that I like is around 18 points.

I was emotionless. I had nothing to say and really speechless. All in my mind was "Why..." I felt that I failed my expectations, I felt so unjustified. I tried my very best and I got 23 points.

I compared my results to others and thought to myself, "Why can't I be like them?" Others who got the points like 14 to 17 were still not satisfied and the process of the hurt was like adding "Salt to my Wound."

I spoke to Isaac Teh on January 12 of 2010 and what he spoke to me really impacted me tremendously. He told me that "Do not do things just to get accepted, but do things because you are already accepted." That really spoke to me a lot because God accepts each and everyone of us, failures and sinners.

He said that Chrisitianity is a relationship that no one religion can substitudes. He accepts all and forgave all before who come to Him. Isn't that great!? Many of us think by doing lots of good deeds and through our works, we can cover up our sins but that is wrong. Nothing can cover our sins except the blood of Jesus Christ.

He also told me what the world defined as 'Good.' To be good in life is to be successful, to be rich, to have all the things you want in life, to have a good family and good children and etc. But all these things will fade away. In blibical terms, 'Good' is only defined as purity, Holy, righteous, clean, etc. No one is good at all, not one except God.

But seek first His kingdom and righteousness, and all these will be given to you as well.
Matthew 6:33

He taught me that what does it really mean seek first His kingdom. Does it mean to serve God more? Do things more for God?

Seek first His kingdom actually means to spend time reading God's word and dwelling in His presence. It is not by how much we serve or how we serve or what we serve. It is how much we are spending time with God. God will provide for you to survive on Earth. He will not forsake you or leave you.

I also learnt how to serve in the right attitude, in out of love and not out to gain recognitions from people. Sometimes when we serve, we get carried away and would want to show off to others. The Holy Spirit will convict us how to serve in the right attitude.

Do not serve just to gain recognition from others, but serve out of love and also know you are already accepted.

Indeed I have to thank God for sending a spiritual mentor in guiding me in my Christian walk with God and also that I can grow more in God. Thank you Isaac Teh for spending time with me, in helping me to grow spiritually and also that really really thank you so much for everything. You've been a great spiritual mentor to me that I will never forget. God bless you in everything you do!

REAL camp was a great experience for me, or rather for everyone. I joined REAL program because I want to draw closer to God, to be real and authentic in my worship towards Him and to be real towards my friends in my character.

I went for the REAL camp and I was rather changed someway in another, in my services and maybe my expectations. We were given targets to do such as '3 expectations we want to achieve.'

My first expectation is that I want to be real and authentic in worshipping God and seeking Him ernestly. Secondly, I want to know the real 'me' because it seems I am still having that identity crisis. Thirdly, I really want to learn to let go everything and surrender to God.

Although some of my expectations are still in progress, I am determined to make changes to really want glorify God. It is a healing process when we lay down everything at the cross, saying that we trust in Him alone, Jesus Christ our hope and saviour. What I've also learnt is that being a mature Christian is not how long have we been a Christian but is how much we know the Bible well and our relationship with God.

Most of the times, I am sensitive and have those 'rollercoaster' emotions. It really hinders my relationship with God and to my peers too. I need to motivate and take discipline to read the Word of God too or else I am just hearer but not a doer of what God wants me to do.

I also learnt that when we do actions, we are not doing to gain the favour from men by the favour from God. I think as Christians too, we don't want to live a life or just being 'fake.' I mean, we want to be genuine in talk to our fellow Christian friends about our problems but always we put it aside because we think its either a waste of time or they won't understand. But if we never talk it out, it will just even devastate you more.

Always keep the main thing the main thing. Sometimes we are so caught up with so many things that we forget the main thing. Let's not forget what the main objective of why Jesus Christ came. To set us free and save us from the clutches of the penalty of sins; death. The purpose of why we are here, is to tell others the Gospel and bring them to Christ.

During devotions, I also learnt in Job 38 that God has shown His awesomeness in His creating the creations. It also shows that man cannot create the things of God such as the moon and the stars.

I also linked up with Genesis 2:7 (Where it says that we are dust) while Job 42:5-6 (It says that repent in dust & ashes) This shows that from dust we are created, dust we return. It shows are insignificant we are, being made from dust but God gave us so much and wants us to be involved in His plans.

From Job 38-42, I learnt that after God spoke so much to Job, about His majestic control over the universe and the ability to create, then why must we worry about our circumstances rather than allowing God to handle it? Is it because we are afraid God do not know how to deal with it or unsure whether God will help us? How about those minor issues? In fact, God wants to know everything in our lives.

Psalm 50 where it says everything belongs to God. Do you somehow see that how God answered Job and how the psalmist wrote his passage. It all talks about the creations that God has created. It shows God awesomeness power to do things and it points us to one thing, God is in control of everything. Amen!

God is soverign over everything and we need to learn to see things in a big picture. We should not complain but pray and ask God to show us understanding & wisdom.

Lastly about Authenticity, it is accepting someone in totality and which also means to accept the person's background.

What exactly is authenticity then?
-If we are not authentic, we are like kissing a glass; a barrier that prevents us from being truthful. It's like a surface to surface thing rather than core to core.

When technologies evovled, it caused everyone to be connected but actually we are very disconnected as we are not very sincere. When we see someone online in msn, we will usually ask them "how are you" which then they will reply "ok" and put a smiley face at the end. It shows how authentic our conversation can be, we can't be bothered to really care about others.

Nothing is more personal than meeting up and which then, the generation of younger ones does not know the importance of what it means to meet up to chat.

We are also insecure and we will try to do something to get peoples' attention. How much of us do we want to reveal to others? In love, confront the person in truth. Love people, use things, not love things, use people. Ministry is about ministering to one another, it's all about people. Without people, there is no ministry.

We have to run to God first before running to others. Minister to others.

Today, I'm going to share with you something important that a lot of people did not implied it in their life.

As we can see the modern day, many crisis are everywhere.

Such as Food Crisis, Resource Crisis, Economic Crisis, Political Crisis, perhaps even Society imbalance and Moral Degradation.

Lets talk about Food Crisis. As we heard about it many times, China has produced Milk products that contain Melamine which harms our body. Many are hospitalised and also including death.

Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear.
Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them.
Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? (Matthew Chapter 6: 25 - 27)

Nowadays, people are fearing what to eat. Many things can't be eaten because of the Food Issue.

Resource Crisis is another problem. As the earth natural resources are depleting especially Oil, many geologist/scientist are searching various resources to substitude oil.

Economic Crisis such as Financial issue cause major problems almost to the whole world. The world is facing Fanancial Crisis. Wall street crash, stock markets drop, etc.

Political Crisis also in Malaysia and Thailand about the leaders.

Society Imbalance such as Parents are fighting, Children stealing when parents are not around, etc.

Moral Degradation such as Leaders are dishonest, corrupted, selfish ambitions.

As we can see all these events are happening around the world. However, fear not as the Bible said that all these events will happen because redemption is near! Rejoice in all these and keep worshipping Lord Jesus because His 2nd coming is near!

All these turmoils around the world is happening and you will be worried and anxious but do not fear because Lord Jesus is coming soon.

In life, sometimes we just doubt we cannot complete the work that has already begun. We start to back down, feel despondent about it and even give up.

It is likely that we will fall down at times and doubt, it is then we should be strong at times and persevere through. At times, life could be frightening. We faced through many obstacles that are able to hinder our progress. Also, it might even affect our self-esteem.

We should not doubt the things or situation when we are being put in it. We should strive through the way, as every mistake is a learning process. Trust in the Lord, with all your Faith and your Heart. Follow where He wants you to go, for He is the Good Shephard and He knows what is Best for us.

Why are you people so skeptical! Always wanted proof to believe in Jesus Christ.

In this Modern era, people always wanted proof. No proof = No believe

People always say by believing is by seeing.

How do we/you know Christ is real?

We speaked in Tongues, through the Holy Spirit in us that God had given us.

You fools and hypocrites! Not believing in the Word of God or God Himself is a fool. For without Him in your life, your life is meaningless and you are spiritually weak.

You will feel lerthagic, drained, moody and other emotions keep building up. You will wake up in the morning at times, cursing about the start of a new day. I tell you this, if you are a Christian, you will not feel these effects but you will praise God for the new start of the day.

Christ died for you on the Cross, why are you so ignorant to His calling!?

God loved us so much that He sent His only Son, Jesus, to die on the cross for all our sins we have done. And why God do this act for us? Its because He want us to be with Him, so that His love can be given to us abundantly by Him.

Lets say your friend invited you over to his house to have a housewarming party. The house is stated faraway and he gave the map to another best friend, Thomas to pass it to you.
You took the map, but you did not follow the route that your friend has directed you as it is drawn on the map itself. You took your own route and you got lost.

Now, let me ask you, Whose fault is it? Is it your friend fault? Is it Thomas? Or is it your fault?
-Of course it is your fault for not following the directions.

It is the same. Your Best friend is God, He sent his son Jesus to die on the cross for us so that our sins are taken away and God wants us to reconcile with Him. However, if you choose to ignore His presence and His directions that He has given to you, obviously, you are lost.

Just like we are stray animals. Jesus is the Good master. If we are to come to His calling, we are tamed. We will dwell in His presence and will not lack any necessity because He is our Provider, our Saviour and our God.

You may argue there are also many religions saying the same thing that if you don't join, you will go to Hell. So you may asked, which then, is the true religion? If I believed in one, then I believed in another, will I go to "Two" Hell?

You may asked also, if God loved us so much, Why then must He sent people to Hell for not beliving in His son? Or why not He come from Clouds and appear to us so that we may believe in Him rather than doubting at times.

I tell you the truth, Religion is the believing of something out of normal existence that you cannot see. If you join in a Religion that you are interested in, and you don't feel anything a change in you, you are then spiritually weak for you have no meaning in your life.

You may say, I am a Doctor/lawyer/etc, a high status person in society, I have lots of money, etc. I don't need anything right now, I have everything I wanted. Life is just Great!

Woe to you then my friend. For it is written, Those who exalts themselves will be humble, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.

If you look lowly on someone, and you are not willing to share your posessions with him, you are surely going to Hell.

There will be endless torturing, everlasting flames, you will burned, scream, shout and yelling for help. I tell you, you better repent before God before you regret in Hell saying "God, please forgive me, I want to believe in You."

It will then be too late because you refused to listen to Him during your time on Earth.

God does not want to appear to us because He is too Holy. We are Sinners, everyone made mistakes as men always said. He can't be seen because of His Holiness. But, His presence is with us if we confessed that He is our God.

Spiritually Weak? What do you mean?
-When you feel that in life, you're missing something, you need something to fufill it, but can't find what it is. Then you are Spiritually weak. You will then feel lousy of yourself, that's where Satan attacks your weakness, making you vulnerable to everything.

You will agree to your thinking saying "Yes, you're right, I'm worthless, no one wants me."
That's where you need God in your life to life you up. God is not somekind of magic words, He will change your life tremendously.

How do we know this? Is it Real?
-Trust me, when God do something in your life, you will feel it. Its not somekind of Luck, chance or by coincidence that it appeased you when it happens. It is by God's grace that He do it for you.

Still don't believed in all I typed?
-You may have uncertain doubts about Jesus Christ, maybe He's real or just a imginary Character in your thoughts. Satan dislike people knowing more about God, that's why the world lived in Lust, Sex, everything that is immoral act in the sight of God, so that we may become too busy that we do not have time to know God.

People will then Shunned from Religion Topics because They are living a life of regrets, a life of uncertainty where Skepticism are everywhere.

I really hope these topics I have typed will really help you in knowing more about Jesus Christ. Paul comments in Romans chapter one about a society that approves of homosexuality. He says that God will "give them over to their reprobate minds."

Which means if men stubbornly persist in such activity God will simply leave them to their own devices. As scripture say, God will eventually give up on them; He will stop sending words of truth to them through his genuine servants.

He allows them to continue on their way of destruction. God is the Creator of free will, we can either do it his way or refuse, but we are going to be responsible for ignoring his plea that he promotes in so many ways during our entire life.

The disciples were admonished to speak the truth, and if they (their message) was rejected, they were told to "shake the dust off their feet" as a sign of releasing those darkened in their understanding to their own demise.

Each person has to give an account of their own life, rather in support of God's immutable truth or in support of godless man-made philosophies that run rampant.

To each will receive their due recompense for choices made upon that day of reckoning. Rather participant or supporter, both have the same heart.

We've all felt these things. In such moments, you know there's something missing, something wrong in your world. You know there's a relationship you don't have that you're supposed to have.
At times you may have felt you have found it, perhaps in a love relationship, but that feeling never seems to last.

Every relationship leaves you with this hole in your heart. Something isn't right, but we just can't find it or fix it. But it doesn't ever have to be that way for you again.
There is an answer to your search.

There is One who loves you as His child, and wants you to enjoy a relationship with Him. He is the answer to your search for that ultimate relationship.
He will fill the hole in your heart, help you overcome your loneliness and your faults, give you peace here and now, and eternal life with Him in Heaven.
He is the one Creator of the universe and all it contains, including you. You won't be complete inside until you have a personal relationship with the God who created you.

How Do We Know This?
-God is also the Author of the most important Book of all time, The Bible, His "Owner's Manual" for a Human Life. In His Book, He says:

John 3:16, KJV - For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Romans 8:16 - The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children.

Being at peace with God is not automatic, because by nature you are separated from God. This separation is the "something wrong" that is at the root of our selfishness, loneliness, and dark feelings. .

Through many immoral and amoral acts, thoughts and attitudes, we continue to grieve the One Who cares for us most. That is all of us, no matter how moral and upright we may seem on the surface. If you search your own heart honestly, you already know this is true. This has caused a split between us and the One Who made us and loves us. This split is called sin.

How Do We Know This?

Isaiah 59:2 - Your iniquities [wrong doings] have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden His face from you.

Romans 3:23, KJV - For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Psalm 53:2-3, NIV - God looks down from heaven on the sons of men to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God. Everyone has turned away, they have together become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one.

Thankfully, there is a way out...

Because He loves us, God cannot stand to allow this split to remain. But because He is perfect, He cannot allow our sin to go unpunished without ceasing to be perfect, because he would then cease to be God.
The sin-bill must be paid.
Religion and good living cannot pay it.

So He paid for our evil thoughts and deeds Himself. He came to Earth as a human, Jesus Christ. He came to suffer the punishment you and I deserve so we won't have to.

Three days later, Jesus Christ rose from the dead. The most important decision you will ever make is what you do with Him...

How Do We Know This?
1 Peter 2:24, TLB - He personally carried the load of our sins in his own body when he died on the cross.

Isaiah 53:4-6, NIV - Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted.
But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.
We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

You cross the bridge into God's family when you turn to God by asking Christ to be part of your life. There's no such thing as a one-way relationship. God has done His part when His Son died for you, now it's your move.

Turning TO God means you are also turning FROM something. If you turn TO the west, you must turn FROM the east, since you can't face east and west at the same time.

It's the same with Jesus and sin. As you turn to Him, you "repent", which means you realize you cannot give yourself to Jesus while hanging onto the sin He died for.
That means turning your back on "my way" choices such as lying, sexual immorality, anger, etc. to begin doing things God's way.

To choose this relationship, you must do four things:

1. ADMIT your spiritual need. Admit you are a sinner.
2. REPENT and be willing to turn from your sin.
3. BELIEVE that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross.
4. RECEIVE Jesus Christ into your heart and life, by choosing this relationship over your current life of sin and separation from Him. How Do We Know This? John 1:12, KJV - But as many as received Him to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name.
   

Revelation 3:20, NASB - Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in...

Romans 10:13, NASB - Whoever will call upon the name of the Lord will be saved.

How do I ask Him? Pray

Prayer is simply talking to God, not magic words. Your prayer should be your own, from your own heart. If you're not in the habit of praying, though, you may need an example. Such a prayer may go something like this:

Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness. I was made for You, but I've been living for me. I want to begin a relationship with You now. I believe that You died in my place, to pay the penalty for my sin,and rose again for my salvation. I want to turn from my sins.I now invite You to come into my heartand life as my Lord and Savior. In Jesus' name, Amen.

You can belong to God from today on if you will tell Him with all your heart. Here's what to do from here...

You prayed, committing your life to Christ. What does the Bible say happened?

You are saved - Jesus said, "I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved" (John 10:9, KJV).

You are a child of God - The Bible says: "But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name" (John 1:12, KJV).

Brothers and Sisters, I shout to you!

Lord Jesus Christ is our God, Our Saviour, Our Creator!

He created all of us here. Yes, Each one of you here who is reading.

Believe in him, confessing your mouth that He, Lord Jesus Christ, is your Almighty God, the Saviour of all, you will be saved.

Woe to those who does not believe for they will be in Hell. As it is written "And Whosoever was not found in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire" Revelation 20: 15

You might be wondering, what nonsense is this?
-This is not a nonsense, for it is the truth I tell you. Behold in God's presense for his Wrath is unmatched and feared by those.

You are Confused?
-The people enjoys in the pleasure of sin in what the World has to offer to them. Sex, Lust, fraud, Scam, money, stealing, etc. Although there are many religion out there in the world, I tell you the truth, Lord Jesus is the True God Almighty. Yes, you may Argue but Our God is merciful, Graceful and His love is abundant!

You don't see Christians strike, protest or rioting. You might be wondering why are they forcing their religion to you. You see my friends, We are trying to tell you the Gospel (Good News) and blessed are those who listened and accepted. If you do not accept Lord Jesus as your Personal Saviour, you are Condemned and will be going to Hell. Trust me, Hell is not a place you want to be.

I tell you too, Why are we wasting our time on you rather we can do our own things and don't care about you? Its because God's love is so abundant, we want to share His love and His words to you people! Its not because we have nothing to do but to save as many as we could to those who have not heard of Him!

Be Grateful that you are living because of Lord Jesus, because He died on the Cross for us, for our hideous sins that we have commited. He took away our sins, and its up to us whether we want to accept Him as our personal saviour.

We are able to connect with God because of Jesus Christ. In the past, people think that by doing good deeds, helping others, etc will help us to go heaven. There's more than that, my friends. By accepting Lord Jesus as your personal beloved saviour, you will be saved and go to heaven.

Lord Jesus promised that to those who accepted Him, will received the Holy Spirit and Eternal Life. You will feel the presence of His love and His grace.

Is it so hard for you not to accept Him? Confessing by your mouth that He is the Almighty God, the true saviour and creator, you will not go to Hell!

Certainly you do not want to go to Hell, henceforth, Accept him!

What is Sin?
-Sin is an action which Humans rebel against God, miss His purpose for their life, and surrender to the power of evil rather than God. A lack of fellowship with God, and God certainly don't tolerate Sin and create a barrier between God and men, henceforth we are unable to connect with God because of Sin.

Remember, "The Lord is with you will ye be with Him; and if ye seek him, he will be found of you; but if you forsake him, he will forsake you." 2 Chronicles 15: 2

I was really glad that when I evangelized to two friends, they accepted Lord Jesus, our God, as their saviour. Before Jeremiah and I had went to evangelise, I was afraid people would reject us by saying excuses or does not have enough time to stop and listen.

However, when I shared to them, they stopped and listened. I was certainly glad and immediately, I shared all the goodness about our Lord Jesus.

It was certainly a meaningful event to have on that day because it is not a shame to evangelise to others. When I shared the gospel to others, I felt the passion to continue telling the good news to other people about our Lord Jesus!

It was definitely a fabulous time to evangelize to others, not only that we can understand how the experience was like but also building up our friendship as a team. Absolutely, by spending our time to bring glory to god such as evangelizing, was really a significant thing to do.

This is because, Lord Jesus created us and He gave us life, life to share the good news to others who have not heard the sweetness in Him. By spending quality time for God’s will, had really build up our Christ-like characteristics and because of His unfailing love, he has lifted us up.

No doubt on “Street E” event that day, I could feel something was different about me, I really want to share about the gospel to the people out there. I was overwhelmed with joy when they accepted Lord Jesus as their God. Praise God!

In summary, I never had evangelized to anyone before but on last week, I was overwhelmed with passion to evangelize and definitely God had anointed my lips. I really want to thank Jeremiah for the support because he had persuaded me to run forward and evangelized.
Lastly, I really want to thank my brothers and sisters who had organized this wonderful event to build up my confidence in sharing the gospel to others. Praise God!
